With minimal prep and a quick bake time, it’s an easy-to-make recipe that will become a family favorite. Serve it with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad for a complete meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 oz (1 packet) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the chicken by patting it dry with paper towels to help the coating stick better.
  3. Mix the coating: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and ranch seasoning. Spread the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Create the crispy topping: In another bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Coat the chicken by pressing it into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  6. Arrange in the baking dish and drizzle melted butter over the top for extra crispiness.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). If desired, broil for the last 2-3 minutes to get a golden-brown crust.
  8. Rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Reheating: Warm in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes to maintain crispiness.
  • Variations: Try adding crumbled bacon or shredded cheddar cheese to the topping for extra flavor.

  • Serving Suggestions: Pair with roasted carrots, green beans, or a fresh garden salad for a balanced meal.
