  • 250g Caramilk chocolate (melted)

  • 150g caster sugar

  • 200ml heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Decoration (Optional):

  • Extra Caramilk chocolate (shaved or chopped)

  • Whipped cream

  • Caramel drizzle


Instructions

  • Prepare the Base:

    • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sealed bag and rolling pin.

    • Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until combined.

    • Press the mixture evenly into a 9-inch springform pan, using the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass.

    • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  • Prepare the Filling:

    • Melt the Caramilk chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 15-second bursts, stirring between each interval. Let it cool slightly.

    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and caster sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.

    • Add the melted Caramilk chocolate and mix until fully combined.

    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

    • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently until smooth and creamy.

  • Assemble the Cheesecake:

    • Pour the filling over the chilled base and smooth the top with a spatula.

    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.

 

  • Decorate and Serve:

    • Garnish with whipped cream, shaved Caramilk chocolate, and a caramel drizzle.
