Ingredients
48 ounces fresh or frozen raspberries
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups granulated sugar
12 cups water

¼ oz cloves
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine raspberries and lemon juice.
Gently mash the raspberries to release their juices.
Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Cover and let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth, discarding the solids.
